To ensure your dog's stay is safe and comfortable, please bring the following items:
Updated vaccination records - proof of current DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines are required prior to check-in
Your dog's regular food - this helps avoid dietary issues from sudden food changes
Familiar bedding or toys from home to aid in their transition
Providing these items in advance helps us maintain health standards and supports your dog's wellbeing while in our care. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions! We look forward to welcoming your furry friend.
We cannot be responsible for any damage to beds or blankets. The dogs tend to get anxious, and with that coming chewing! If your dog chews and enjoys ripping up toys, etc, please avoid sending anything that could be destroyed -
At our intimate kennel, canine guests enjoy personalized care and frequent outdoor time. Dogs are let outside a minimum of 4 times per day, and often 5-6 times. Our caring staff interacts one-on-one with each dog, providing affection, playtime, and cleaning of their living spaces. For dogs that enjoy playing with others, we facilitate supervised socialization with our own friendly dog pack. Our low dog-to-staff ratio allows for individualized attention and companionship throughout your dog's stay.

Yes, it is essential that we have your veterinarian's contact information on file in case of any medical emergencies during your dog's stay. We recommend informing your vet that your dog will be boarding with us and providing our contact details as well. Having your vet aware that your dog is in our care helps ensure seamless communication and expedited treatment should the need arise. Providing this information ahead of time is part of our commitment to your dog's health, safety and overall positive boarding experience.

We understand plans can change. If you need to pick up your dog earlier than expected, kindly contact us as soon as possible to coordinate an earlier pickup time that works for both parties. Please note our policy does require payment in full for all initially reserved boarding days. We appreciate your understanding, as pre-paying for your dog's full reservation allows us to hold the space and provide individualized care for each guest.
